BRINGING Community together! Where we started in 2020 as The Kleefeld Farmers' Market!
OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose is to be located wherever community thrives. We believe strongly in order to create more abundance we need to stretch out further. Therefore we will be setting up THE STAND in a variety of communities this year! You will want to be at as many as you can be!
We are a year round community. We believe shopping locally is a way of life, not just a trend. From an economic, eco-friendly and strong community foundation, shopping local goods and hiring excellent local services is key to living joyfilled lives.
OUR PLEASURE
THIS is where you come to shop your regular items you need(and want) for your family, friends, home and business.
Skip the big box stores and truly shop LOCAL! Meet up with your friends and enjoy a coffee while you get everything for the next couple week's groceries.
A great time span for a Saturday market. Lots of time to still get out camping or have people over, perhaps hit up other summer activities that happen in our beautiful province after the market.
We are RAIN or SHINE!
All fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
Spots are 10*10 spaces if you require a larger space you may apply for a second spot.
It is your space to set up your shop for the day. The better you display your products and interact with customers the more success you will experience. GO ALL IN!Vendors are responsible for their complete setups and take downs. Including tents, tables & chairs. HOWEVER...WE OFFER TENT & TABLE RENTALS! They are limited and also get booked up quickly.
If you are interested in renting these contact Linda MacKenzie 204-471-6326 for details. The safety and protection of your products and personhood along with the other vendors' is important therefore tents MUST be weighted down to protect from winds which could cause damage. If a tent is found not to be properly weighed down you may be required to take it down for the day.
Be prepared for any type of weather that can shift throughout the day as well. Ability to protect your products and displays from wind or rain or locusts. This includes your wardrobe(think cool mornings, hot sunny afternoons or any sort of mic in between)
We do NOT have electricity available but you are welcome to use generators.
CLEAN UP is to ensure we have returned the entire grounds to excellence. No garbage or debris is to be left behind, each vendor is responsible for their area.
Clean modern bathrooms are on site.
There will be limited spots for vendors in similar categories, in order to highlight each vendor. Once the spots are filled per market date all other applications will be placed on the cancellation list and notified in order if a spot becomes available. SPOTS FILL QUICKLY so do not delay on filling out your application and payment.
If you are NOT ACCEPTED to this date please be encouraged to apply for our other events!
We do not have MLM sellers. For example, Tupperware, Epicure, Sweet Legs, Scentsy to list a few.
Nothing against these products but we are here to support locally owned and created businesses of artisans, food producers, crafters. services & trades, antiques & collectibles, curated thrifted goods and clothing. We also love to support local performing artists!!! BUSKERS APPLY!
Once your application is processed and the fee is received your spot is reserved & NON REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you have marked this date on your calendar.
